Rock star for one night? We rock your team building! Without lengthy practice and rehearsals, the participants manage to form a grooving band together. With guitars, basses, keyboards, vocals and drums you will experience what team spirit can mean - how the group works as a rock band. All you need is a common pulse and fun with creative challenges. Making music connects, no matter what language the teammates speak. Then sing, whistle and hum not only the songs of other artists in the shower, but your own song that you played, sang and recorded together with your colleagues.
What you experience:
Whether junior staff or management teams: Within a day, with our team building program, they grow together into a real rock band, who can perform a complete song on the same day. You experience a unique group experience that allows all participants to playfully cross borders and change perspectives. Every participant finds their place in the music ensemble, even if they don't play an instrument and have no previous musical knowledge. Whether tenor or soprano - the professionals at your side know how to put everyone in the right light and how to do their part. A well-known song becomes your piece! Everything including the company philosophy, the guidelines and the unique selling proposition. A joint cover shoot adorns the sound carrier.
Brief overview/procedure:
- Welcome by the music director, explanation of the process and classification
- Then all teams spread out in different rooms
- Initially, individual teams rehearse, then everyone comes together in a large group,
to rehearse and rehearse the song together - At the end the song is recorded
- A joint cover shoot completes this team building program
