Incentive Sylt
Sylt is Germany's northernmost island and a special place for exciting team building and incentives. During your incentive trip, immerse yourself in the natural landscape with wide dunes, imposing cliffs and beaches as far as the eye can see. Discover Westerland, List and Wennigstedt and enjoy the culinary highlights from Sylt oysters to crisp crab rolls. Whether barefoot in the mudflats or with rubber boots on the beach - Sylt is an experience in every season! The small streets of Keitum tell Frisian history and in Kampen people like to sit and watch people in one of the cafés along the so-called whiskey mile. This mixture of exploring and experiencing but also staying and relaxing makes an incentive on Sylt particularly attractive.
The adebar team has been implementing unforgettable incentives with a growing network of dedicated partners on the island for many years. Your contact person will design your very own Sylt incentive trip with you: from champagne to hot cocoa - a lot is possible on Sylt - talk to him.
With an incentive on the island, your trip gets the "Sylt" bonus and shows your appreciation for your guests even more.

Sylt - the dream island on the North Sea
Sylt – arrival options
The island of Sylt has a total area of 99,14 km². From Hörnum in the south to List am Ellenbogen in the north, Sylt is 40 km long and 13 km wide at its widest point. The largest town is Westerland, with many shops and restaurants in the heart of the island right on the endless sandy beach. You can also arrive here by train or plane. List in the north is known for its port, which also has a connection to Denmark, another possibility of access via Denmark for people and vehicles.
An island tour
The former Fischbude Gosch - today an empire of fish restaurants and several large halls - also have their origins here at Lister Hafen. On foot or by bike you can explore the wonderful nature reserve "Ellenbogen", the northernmost part of the island. Between the glamorous Kampen with its luxury boutiques and fine restaurants and clubs and the hearty List there are still some shifting dunes, which are now and then on the way towards the road; a part of Sylt's original nature. In addition to luxury, Kampen also has the most beautiful beaches on the west coast of Sylt with unique hiking trails along the steep banks and the dune landscape. Up to Wenningstedt you can walk wonderfully here and stop off again and again in nice beach bars and restaurants. Climbing the highest dune, the Uwe Düne, is of course also one of the activities that are a must on a Sylt holiday. The smaller towns such as Keitum, Munkmarsch, Morsum, Archsum etc. are on the more tranquil Wadden side of Sylt.
Keitum in particular has many beautiful historic thatched houses, good restaurants and tea rooms and a really beautiful Frisian church. St. Severin was first mentioned in 1216. Heading towards the south of the island, you get from Westerland to Rantum, where the Sylt spring is located and where the island produces its own mineral water. The well-known beach restaurant Zanzibar is also located there. There is another seaport on the Hörnum southern tip of the island, to which ferries from the mainland run regularly. The neighboring island of Amrum can also be reached by a liner.
Sylt as an incentive destination
For an incentive trip to Sylt, a group size of around 15 to a maximum of 150 people is ideal. Many hotels and restaurants cannot accommodate larger groups and leisure activities are often only possible for larger groups in small groups on the limited island country. An incentive trip is a reward for your team, for special customers and should always be a special experience. That's why we try on the one hand to create experiences that are typical of the country or region, but on the other hand we always try to plan something extraordinary and surprising that makes a typical experience unique and memorable. Precisely dosed so that your team leaves with unforgettable impressions and emotions and links them with you as the host.
