An incentive on the enchanting island of Usedom offers so much more than a warm beach feeling and pure relaxation. It's perfect for team-building outdoor activities! An Incentive trip takes you to the Baltic Sea on the second largest island in Germany. This picturesque island is nestled between the Baltic Sea, Achterwasser and Stettiner Haff. The largest part of the island belongs to Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and the eastern part of Poland. Next to the city of Usedom, you'll be fascinated by the home of the Anklamer Tor from the 13th century, the dreamlike spa architecture & villas of the imperial baths: Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin. Experience the wild Peene Valley with unique river landscapes, 42 kilometres of sandy beach, Peenemünde (Peene River Mouth) - the cradle of space travel and the Achterland with forests and flowering salt meadows. Best conditions for team building and exhilarating supporting programs. We shape your incentive to a memorable experience!
Program Ideas for an Incentive Trip to the Island of Usedom:
Part 1: Arrival & Swanky Accommodations
We welcome you at the Heringsdorf Regional Airport, only 13 km from the centre of the city, and take you to the hotel in a modern van or bus. In the middle of the spa district behind the dunes, at the 5-star hotel - luxurious and down to earth at the same time - a dinner with culinary delights awaits you.
part 2: Bike Tour & History
After a good breakfast, you'll start your day with a bike tour. After a ferry ride, you'll discover the fortresses of the Prussian era on the well-developed cycle track and climb the highest lighthouse in Europe. With some luck, you'll have good visibility of the island of Ruegen. At a lunch stop in a typical restaurant, you'll enjoy Polish national hospitality and the national dish, Bigos (smoked pot with sauerkraut, meat, sausage and vegetables).
part 3: Segway & Bath Architecture
With Segways, you'll start at the three imperial baths; Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin. Your guide will take you along the 12-kilometre promenade - the largest in Europe. With geocaching, you'll playfully learn about the people and the history of the three locations. You'll enjoy your dinner like royalty with a view of the Baltic Sea or rustically in a local tavern followed by a tasting.
part 4: Amazon of the North
It's now time to visit the Peene Valley. Living up to the motto "Every breath, a paddle stroke", you'll paddle through the unique river landscape from the Ice Age. With a little luck, you'll see rare animal species such as the beaver or otter. Afterwards, you can enjoy a picnic in the midst of the idyllic nature. The adventure continues! With a sea map, you'll go on a treasure hunt in the backwaters. Like real pirates, you'll solve tasks in a team to ultimately locate the treasure. Afterwards, expect a well-catered dinner in a castle in the hinterland.
part 5: Safari – Spirit of Usedom Island
Discover original landscapes of the island on a quad, in a Trabi or in THE vehicle for adventurous excursions - the Land Rover Defender. Your safari trip starts directly at the hotel and takes you on a day trip across Usedom, away from the tourist routes. You can stop, walk a bit, go out on a sailing yacht or fly in a helicopter. At the end of this tour, you'll enjoy the unique fish from domestic waters at the campfire.
