During an extraordinary incentive, each participant makes their own wooden boomerang. At the end there is the exciting question: Will he come back again? With this team building you land the big hit. Working with wood appeals to all generations and is ideal if you have mixed teams working together. One boomerang is made for each person. Specialists are available to the participants during this incentive and explain how it works. Regardless of the weather, the event can be held as an indoor incentive or as an outdoor incentive - in summer and in winter. All incentive participants are given a lot of creative freedom. You can cut, press, file, appraise, try and perfect it all with fine-tuning at the end. All incentive participants will be amazed at what they have created. After the team event, we will of course test whether the boomerang will come back.

What you experience:

You don't have to be an Aborigine to build a boomerang. Not even for him to come back. Now the skills are required that are also advantageous when working with colleagues: patience, accuracy and calm are the core qualities for building the boomerang. It's not about higher, faster, further, but about the question: Will he come back? So the whole incentive culminates when each participant throws their boomerang and is excited to see where it will land. Ideally, of course, back in your own hands.
