Which regions does adebar cover as an event agency for Northern Germany?
We work from three permanent locations: our head office on the Darß on the Baltic Sea (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania) and our offices in Hamburg and Berlin. That keeps distances short, and we know the people on the ground. We also organise events and incentives all over Germany and Europe.
What kinds of corporate events does adebar deliver?
We take care of the complete planning for corporate events, conferences, congresses, incentives and team events. Our groups range from 50 to more than 2,000 participants, across the whole of Northern Germany.
How does adebar ensure reliability and manage risk at large events?
For every corporate event, we plan concrete alternatives for technology, staff and weather in advance. If a supplier drops out at short notice or something goes wrong, our team sorts it out directly on site and on its own initiative.

Costs depend on the number of participants, the venue and the programme. After a free initial consultation you receive a detailed quote with a fixed-price guarantee. With us, there are no extra costs that have not been agreed in advance.

We have a large stock of our own materials and logistics equipment. So we don't depend on external rental companies, and you save time.

We can't give a flat price because too many factors play a part. Costs depend, for example, on the type and length of the event, group size, entertainment programme, venue (location, travel costs, season, accommodation), security concept and staffing.
