Accept, decline, companion. All in a few steps, without forms by email.
Book programme items
Workshops, supporting programme, evening event: your guests choose their programme items themselves, and the places are allocated directly.
Tickets in the Wallet
Tickets and access passes land on the phone, in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet if desired.

By event people for event people

SAMVARO was not created on a drawing board but in projects. As a full-service event agency we know the questions every registration brings: Who is bringing a companion? Who chose the afternoon workshop? Who needs a ticket for the shuttle? These are exactly the processes SAMVARO maps.

Concept and development lie with Waterkant.Hamburg, our digital brand. The experience comes from 29 years of event practice. We use SAMVARO ourselves for our events and develop it further with every project.

What is SAMVARO?

SAMVARO is the participant management platform of adebar GmbH, developed by our digital brand Waterkant.Hamburg. It brings together invitation, registration with companions, programme booking, tickets, newsletter and app in one place. For your guests there is the website and apps for iOS and Android.

How does SAMVARO come to my event?

As a building block of your event with adebar. Select “Participant management (SAMVARO)” in the enquiry, and we set up your event and look after registration right up to admission. Standalone sales without an event are being prepared.

Where is my guests' data processed?

In the EU. SAMVARO is operated by adebar GmbH itself, and the data is held in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main. Your guests sign in with their own account, and invitation links are personal.

Do my guests need an app?

No. Registration, programme and tickets work in the browser. Those who wish can also use the app for iOS or Android, for example for tickets in the Wallet and push notifications.

What does SAMVARO cost?

As part of your event with adebar we include participant management in the quote, depending on the number of guests and the scope. We will publish a list price for standalone use as soon as sales start.
