The adebar Box #228 combines concert, show, hospitality and personal hosting in an exclusive setting. For client events, networking evenings, team events, incentives or private groups, it creates a special experience with food and drinks agreed to suit the occasion, VIP parking and a great view into the Barclays Arena Hamburg. You can request the box as a complete package or book individual VIP passes for selected concerts.

The Barclays Arena Hamburg is set to be renamed Sparda-Bank-Arena from 21 July 2027. What matters for your planning: the adebar Box #228 remains the same setting for your guests at the same location. Until the official renaming we continue to use the current name Barclays Arena Hamburg.

For selected concerts we sell individual VIP passes when the box has not been allocated as a complete package. Ideal for individual guests, small groups or targeted invitations.

Price and calculation

Why we do not quote a flat price for the VIP box

The price depends on the date, the number of guests and the services you want. Tell us about your preferred evening. We check availability and prepare a suitable quote.

    The whole box, individual VIP passes or an individual setting for your guests are considered separately.

    Number of people

    The whole box is offered with 12 passes as standard. One or two additional passes are only possible after individual coordination, depending on the date.

    Catering and extras

    Menu, drinks package, extensions, VIP parking subject to availability and special requirements all feed into the assessment.

Tax treatment: plan cleanly, document cleanly

When used for business purposes, a VIP box may be relevant for tax under certain conditions. It is important that the occasion, guests, hospitality and business purpose are documented in a traceable way. The tax assessment itself belongs in a conversation with your tax adviser.

Do I need an additional ticket for the concert or show?
No. Your VIP pass covers admission to the booked event and access to the adebar Box #228. You experience the concert or show from the box and do not need an additional ticket. The specific offer states which food, drinks and other services are included.
Which occasions is the VIP box suitable for?
The adebar Box #228 suits client invitations, networking evenings, team events, incentives, birthdays, stag and hen parties and private groups who want to experience a concert or show at the Barclays Arena Hamburg in a special way.
How many people can use the box?
The whole box includes 12 passes as standard. We can check one or two additional passes individually, depending on the event.
How is the price for the adebar Box #228 calculated?
The price depends on the event, booking model, number of people, catering, availability and the setting you want. Depending on the date, you can request the whole box or individual VIP passes. That is why we deliberately do not quote a flat public price.
Will the Barclays Arena soon be called Sparda-Bank-Arena?
Yes. According to the current announcement, the Barclays Arena Hamburg is set to be called Sparda-Bank-Arena from 21 July 2027. The adebar Box #228 remains the same setting for your guests at the same location. Until the official renaming we continue to use the current name Barclays Arena Hamburg.
How are food and drinks handled with a booking?
That depends on the specific offer. Food and drinks can be part of the package, selected in your personal box portal or agreed individually with adebar. Before you decide, you can see clearly what belongs to your booking.
Can the catering be extended individually?
Yes. In addition to the main packages, snack platters, extended drinks options and other wishes are possible. We coordinate the details to suit the occasion, number of people and setting.
When do guests receive their passes and documents?
Once coordination and payment are complete, the invoice, passes, VIP parking permits and relevant documents are provided digitally in the protected box portal. The passes are usually available only about three weeks before the event. Some promoters release them only on the day of the event to protect against the black market.
Can I book individual VIP passes?
Yes. In addition to the whole box, individual VIP passes are possible for selected concerts and shows. Which food, drinks and other services are included or can be selected depends on the specific offer and is shown transparently before booking.
When is my booking binding?
Your booking becomes binding as soon as you have commissioned us in accordance with the terms and conditions for the use of the adebar Box #228. You will find all details on the conclusion of the contract, payment and the scope of services in these terms (German).
