Exclusive business lounge at the Barclays Arena Hamburg

The lounge at the Barclays Arena Hamburg is made for business events in a small circle. Up to 12 people can enjoy concerts, shows or sporting events in a private atmosphere. That works well for client events, networking, incentives or exclusive company functions.

We develop an individual event concept with you and accompany your event personally from planning to delivery. To keep planning simple and transparent, there are attractive package prices. Private groups can also book the lounge for special occasions.

Every summer, Hamburg celebrates the "Festival der Liebe" (festival of love) at Schlagermove, a parade of German pop music. Your guests are right in the thick of it, on the exclusive Schladming-Dachstein party truck in the middle of the Schlager caravan.

Music, exuberant spirits and a strong sense of community: this delights groups, companies and Schlager fans alike. With our partners, we organise your Schlagermove from planning and participant management to personal support on site.

Which event venues does adebar offer in Northern Germany?

Here we present a selection of our own venues and partner venues. We work with them on event concepts, storytelling and staging. The formats vary widely, from modern meeting and training venues to exclusive settings for smaller groups and special experiences. Depending on the project, we accompany our clients from the first idea and creative design through to delivery on site. We also source and organise event venues in Germany and worldwide, tailored to the occasion, target group and event format.

Our venues are suitable for corporate events, client events, conferences, workshops, incentives, product presentations, team events and exclusive business functions, among others.

Does adebar also help with event planning?

Yes. We tailor every event concept individually to the company, target group and event objectives.

Are the venues also suitable for smaller groups?

Yes. We look after larger event formats as well as exclusive settings for smaller groups, workshops, management meetings or special team events. What matters is that the venue, the goal and the character of the experience all fit together.

Does adebar also handle the complete event organisation?

Yes, if you wish. In addition to finding the venue, we then take care of the entire concept and organisation of your event. That includes planning and scheduling, participant management, staging, technology and on-site support.
