How long do the staff events last?

We organise team building sessions lasting anywhere from 1.5 hours to a full day. Most staff events take around 3 hours. When booking, please allow extra time for set-up, preparation and measuring the results afterwards. The exact duration is listed with each team event, together with all the details of how it runs. If you have any questions, just give us a call or send us an email.

What if some participants don't like the team event suggestions?

Don't worry, you can rely on group dynamics. In our experience, almost everyone joins in actively after just a few minutes. Often it's the very people you'd least expect. By the end they even take on key roles and have a great time, which carries the whole group along. An experienced planner is on site at every team building event. They win over more reserved employees with a good feel for the situation, sometimes with humour, sometimes with support, sometimes with a challenge or with praise. So far, every company has thoroughly enjoyed our staff events.

Booking and organising team building: how much lead time is important?

Planning early always pays off. Some companies get in touch eight months ahead, others need a team building event for next week. We are flexible and adapt to your needs. It's best to contact us early. Then we can put together your staff event with our full service calmly and with care.

Can we include our company message in the team event?

Of course. We can build your message, a new project theme or other branding elements into almost any team building event. Sometimes we even adapt entire games or activities so your message comes across better. No two companies are alike. That's why we take on board your requirements and look for creative ways with you to bring them into the event.

Is there a winning team at the staff events? Are prizes awarded?

Many of our team building events include a competitive element. Usually the team with the most points across the whole event wins. Who's in the lead stays open until the very end, because groups can score in many ways, both objective and subjective. The competition always stays friendly. The focus is on the shared goal of bringing the team closer together. On request we award prizes, although beaming faces make us just as happy. You can also book team building events without a competition. These are just as playful but put more emphasis on togetherness and communication. Some companies hand out small team rewards. Here we recommend keeping the value fairly low. Vouchers for local shops or restaurants are a popular choice, for example.

Are there special team events for virtual teams?

Yes, you can also book online team building with us. In many firms, colleagues work remotely and are rarely or never in the office. So that everyone can take part and feel valued, we have suitable formats. Digital and hybrid team events strengthen collaboration, communication and team spirit, even when your employees are in different places. Our team building planners are happy to advise you in detail on the options, so that everyone has fun and gets to know each other better.

Can you also organise team building across Europe?

How about a change of scenery that takes you out of the country altogether? Our network has grown over 29 years. That's why we can offer team events all over Europe. Multi-day staff events like these have a lasting effect on motivation and team spirit. As a full-service event agency, we take care of the entire planning: concept, travel and staff planning, accommodation, shuttle service, live programmes, catering and much more. We advise you free of charge and are happy to prepare a non-binding quotation.

Measuring success after the team event: what effect did your staff event have?

We share the same goal as you: your employees should be more motivated. After the team event we therefore talk to you directly, either in a feedback round straight afterwards or at a meeting a few days later.
