Nature experience and team spirit: impression of the team event (2)

Step out of the daily routine and into a shared experience

Sometimes a team doesn't need yet another meeting room. It needs fresh air, a shared task and time for one another. With this nature team building for companies, your staff see first-hand what organic growing, herb lore and beekeeping look like in practice in different regions of Germany.

Depending on the programme, the team turns herbs into oils or salts with expert guidance. Or they get an insight into working with bees. Then comes the DIY workshop, where everyone builds together: insect hotels, beehive boxes or nesting boxes take shape step by step, and everyone lends a hand.

This way the outdoor team event becomes a down-to-earth break rather than a compulsory programme. Knowledge, handiwork and creating something together all come together here.

What your team experiences on a nature team building day

In small groups, your staff leave their usual working mode behind. A different setting leads to different conversations. Everyone works with their hands, listens to people from beekeeping, horticulture or forestry and takes practical knowledge home with them.

Team building in nature puts some distance between your team and appointments, screens and city noise. Speed and competition play no part. It is all about curiosity, working together and the good feeling of creating something tangible as a group.

We choose the location, schedule and workshop content to suit your group. The company event promises no more than your team actually experiences.

What our clients say

  • Once again I really enjoyed working with you and, in the end, putting on this magnificent party together. We received so much positive feedback! It was truly a smash hit!

  • Many thanks for the superb organisation of the iPad Challenge during our summer conference in Warnemünde. All our colleagues took part with great enthusiasm.
    Yasemin AlLETI PharmaTranslated from German
  • adebar organised a culinary city tour in Rostock for our annual management conference. The tour went smoothly, and our guide was incredibly likeable and informative. Although we only mentioned our wish for a Schwedeneisbecher (a local ice cream sundae) at short notice, this stop was built into the tour. That shows how spontaneous, individual and client-focused adebar is.
