Approvals, lists and email back-and-forth eat up time when they keep repeating. That's why we develop tools for your company that fit securely into your Microsoft 365 environment. With Teams sign-in, clear responsibilities and storage in your own tenant.

AI training: using AI confidently in everyday work

Your employees practise on real tasks from your company, not on generic examples. Four possible areas of focus:

Getting started safely: understanding the tools, writing good prompts, checking results
Working more productively: texts, images, presentations, analyses
Improving workflows: assistants, agents, automation
Setting guardrails: data protection, roles, AI rules

The training lasts 2 to 4 hours, or we agree a duration that suits you. It takes place live online or at your premises, for beginners, experienced teams and managers. Individually prepared training sessions start at €950.00 net plus VAT. The binding price depends on the number of participants, prior knowledge, duration, practical cases and the effort involved on site.

Are you planning a conference, a company anniversary or a multi-day team programme with us? Then the AI training can be built in directly as a compact working session. Your employees make double use of their time together: a team experience and professional development in one setting.

As a full-service agency, we align the content, length and dramaturgy of the AI module with the rest of your programme. That can be anything from a 60-minute impulse session to a half-day hands-on workshop, costed within your event budget.

What does "bespoke software solution" mean in practice?

A tool for one specific process of yours, such as expenses, image approvals or commissions, that fits into your Microsoft 365 environment: sign-in via Teams, clear roles, storage in your own tenant. Existing solutions such as the SpesenLotse show what this looks like in practice.

How much does AI training for companies cost?

Individually prepared training sessions start at €950.00 net plus VAT. We confirm the binding price after a short preliminary conversation. It depends on the number of participants, prior knowledge, duration, practical cases, travel and the effort involved on site.

Is the training suitable for beginners or advanced users?

Both. We tailor the content and exercises to your team, from getting started with ChatGPT and Copilot to prompting, agents, automation and specific departmental processes.

Can the AI training be part of our corporate event?

Yes, that's exactly how the offer came about. We integrate the training as a coordinated working session into conferences, company parties and multi-day programmes, without any overlap with the rest of the programme.

Do you also offer AI training outside Northern Germany?

Yes. On-site sessions are possible in Northern Germany and beyond, and we run live online training throughout Germany.
