For 18 guests, the trip to Ibiza combined a conference, an employee incentive and shared experiences. Carefully chosen supporting programmes provided the right setting. adebar coordinated the programme items and handled last-minute changes flexibly.

Another highlight of our collaboration of more than ten years was the company party with over 500 guests in Hamburg. As a full-service agency, we took care of the entire organisation, from finding the venue to participant management.

On the Polish Baltic coast in Świnoujście (Swinemünde), the participants took up bows and arrows. Guided by experienced adebar coaches, they tested their accuracy and teamwork. In exciting competitions they improved their technique and strengthened their team spirit along the way.

For the "Global Sales Meeting" of Optris GmbH, we were the agency in charge from concept to delivery, behind the scenes and in front of them. We supported one of the evening events for 200 international guests with plenty of technical know-how.

For the offsite meeting at Gut Gross Schwansee, we organised a beach olympics as a team event. The various games brought fun and team spirit to the 59 participants. After an inflatable boat rally and pipeline building came the grand finale: a tug of war.

For the 20th company anniversary of Berlin-based Optris GmbH, we were involved in the complete event planning, organisation and delivery: two days at the Schlosshotel Fleesensee with supporting programmes and an evening event, plus stage direction and moderation.

For the opening of the new Skywalk in the Königsstuhl National Park, we were responsible for all trades and a smooth running order. Tent construction, technology, security, decoration, coordinating the performers and catering: we were involved everywhere.

adebar had the pleasure of setting the right stage for the Bunte Stube anniversary celebration.

Delivery of a two-day outdoor team event under the motto "We're setting sail": a 100% customised programme for 130 people in Heiligendamm.

Delivery of the "Zattoo Company Party 2019" with a conference, supporting programme and evening event under the motto "Under the Sea" for 150 people in Bad Saarow.

AER annual conference 2019: at the Kameha Grand Bonn, adebar created the stage for 57 exhibitors at the travel fair, for the get-together and for the Open Space for up to 350 guests.

Christmas party for Spedition Heinrich Gustke GmbH at the Küstenmühle Rostock with around 213 adults and children in December 2019.

Delivery of the "KALO Cup 2019" with invitation and participant management: an iPad rally through Berlin, evening events at the Crowne Plaza City Centre and a 1920s party at the Ellington Hotel Berlin, 216 people.

During a conference in Hamburg, adebar hosted an evening event for Novartis at Gut Basthorst near Hamburg. The motto: "Country and barn evening".

AER annual conference 2018: adebar created the right stage for 76 exhibitors and 350 guests in the Rubin hall of the Vienna House Andel’s Berlin.

adebar organised the right venue and supporting programme for the summer party. In glorious sunshine, guests enjoyed a barbecue on the terrace of the Strandhaus Orange Blue.

Annual general meeting and evening event in Munich with food trucks, a DJ, a talking sofa and a photo bus. Incentive day with a Bavarian delicacies tour, the Jochen Schweizer Erlebniswelt, an Isar raft trip, BMW Welt and the Allianz Arena.
