Our story

29 years of experience in destination management, corporate events and incentive programmes

Anne Horstmann was a pioneer of the events industry in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. She was the first DMC in the far north and started out, among other things, as a ground agency for cruise ships in Rostock and Warnemünde. In February 1997 she founded the adebar event agency and its destination management service tailored to corporate events.

Her team of event and tourism professionals shares her passion for events and travel. Together they look after events all over Germany and Europe.

adebar is a team of travel and event professionals. We bring creativity, know-how and passion, and we put together programmes that match your wishes and goals.

Our project managers and event managers speak several languages and are as talented as they are friendly. They guide you through every step of your event, from the first idea and the delivery on site to the final wrap-up.

On top of that, we have a large network of partners in Germany and Europe. We have built close relationships with many of them over the past 29 years.
