Together we are strong!

The beach olympics are a first-class team building event that fits any corporate occasion. Traditionally on the beach or on a meadow. They motivate, encourage initiative and spur people on to take responsibility and make decisions.

There is hardly any stopping the teams. It's a bit like a trial of strength, only together as a team. Everyone contributes something. One person is better at volleyball, another scores the goals.

The stations are so varied that there are hardly any limits. After the event comes the evaluation. The awards ceremony takes place after a sundowner on the beach or at the evening event.

  • Short welcome by the team leader.
  • Introduction to the beach olympics.
  • Handing out the olympics matrix and splitting the group into smaller teams.
  • The teams spread out across the various stations.
  • At each station, a supervisor explains the activity. They act as referee, keep time and answer questions.
  • Then the teams rotate.
  • The base is a beach lounge with deckchairs, XXL beanbags, relaxed music, parasols and a small tent with snacks and drinks.
  • Cool drinks can come from our adebar food truck.
  • To finish, everyone comes together once more to say goodbye.
  • Depending on the scope, the evaluation and awards ceremony can also follow straight afterwards.

What will I get out of this team building event?
Motivation, ambition and lots of fun. The beach olympics strengthen team spirit and give you momentum for the tasks ahead. We plan them individually for your company, complete with beach games. We are happy to build in your company philosophy, product presentations and more.
Can the team event also take place in bad weather?
Rain, wind and cold sound like a challenge. For us it's a question of organisation, because we always have a plan B in mind. We are happy to plan beach olympics with indoor activities and help you find a venue. Outdoors works in the rain too: we hand out rain ponchos and make the water part of the games.
How much does the team event cost?
The price depends largely on the number of participants, the activities chosen, the quality of the prizes and your budget. Get in touch with us. We will plan beach olympics that take your wishes and requirements into account.
How many participants can take part in the team building event?
We plan beach olympics for groups of 20 people or more. The group is split into teams of 4-10 people each, so a certain number of teams is needed. There is no upper limit. We double, triple or quadruple the stations. A clever matrix shows each team where to go next.
How long do the beach olympics last?
This can be planned very flexibly. Depending on the number of stations and teams, 1.5 hours can be enough. But we are also happy to spend several hours or a whole day with you.
Where can the team event take place?
Basically anywhere. The beach in the name is more of an image. The event works on a Baltic Sea or North Sea beach, on a lakeshore, on meadows and fields, on company premises, indoors and outdoors. We are happy to help you choose the location.
What should I definitely bring to the beach olympics?
Most important of all are good spirits and a smile. We also recommend comfortable clothing and swimwear. We take care of everything else.
Can I book additional programme items for the beach olympics?
Yes, of course. Options include a beach lounge, pagoda tents, a marquee, cool drinks and snacks, a photographer and music. There are also special activities such as a ukulele contest, stand-up paddling or raft building. We will be glad to advise you.
