Beer stein holding and more

Whether during a conference or as a programme item at dinner, we build the Hüttengaudi (alpine hut games) into your event to suit you. Your guests volunteer or are divided into teams in advance. Then they compete against each other in sociable but demanding disciplines.

Options include a cow milking race, nail hammering, pretzel throwing, beer stein holding and log sawing. Hut music plays in the background, and colleagues cheer loudly. Many people discover strength they never knew they had.

On your marks, get set, go: grab those beer steins! There is plenty of fun here and a slice of tradition. As a supporting programme, the Hüttengaudi suits a wide range of events and gives yours a distinctive touch.

What you will experience at the team event

The Hüttengaudi brings variety to the usual conference schedule. In summer it is great fun, and in winter, with snow and ice, it has a charm all of its own.

Instead of just drinking coffee during the break, participants head outside. In the fresh air everyone laughs together and spurs each other on.

The activities are varied and cause plenty of hilarity. Hut music adds to the cheerful mood. And almost without noticing, the team learns to work together in a playful way.

The Hüttengaudi also combines well with a winter olympics. Then participants compete in sledge races, snowball target throwing, speed skating or a biathlon contest. That brings even more variety.

Whatever the season, the Hüttengaudi is a great opportunity to get some fresh air, have a laugh and cheer each other on. It gives your conference or dinner a programme item that people will talk about for a long time.

How is the Hüttengaudi built into the schedule of a conference?
At the Hüttengaudi, participants compete against each other in traditional disciplines. These include a cow milking race, nail hammering, pretzel throwing, beer stein holding and log sawing. We adapt the programme to your conference. The tasks are exciting and entertaining. Everyone has fun and cheers each other on. That strengthens collaboration, communication and team spirit.
Is the Hüttengaudi also suitable for large groups?
Yes, the Hüttengaudi is flexible and can be adapted to the size of your group. We organise the activities so that everyone can join in, in a small team just as much as in a large corporate group.
How long does the Hüttengaudi team event last?
The duration depends on your event. Usually the event lasts between two and four hours, depending on the number of activities and the size of the group. Shorter or longer programmes are also possible, depending on how it fits into your conference schedule.
What preparation is needed for the Hüttengaudi?
We take care of all the organisation and preparation. You do not have to worry about a thing. We bring the equipment and make sure all activities run smoothly. A short introduction and safety instructions for the participants are included.
Where can the Hüttengaudi team event take place?
The Hüttengaudi works in many places, indoors and outdoors. We can organise it at your conference venue or at another suitable venue. A large hall, an open meadow or a cosy hut: we will find the location that suits you.
Can the Hüttengaudi be adapted to special requests?
Yes, we adapt the Hüttengaudi to your wishes and requirements. Would you like to include particular activities or set your own themes? Then we design the event in close collaboration with you.
How much does the Hüttengaudi cost?
The costs depend on the scope and your requirements. For a precise overview of prices, we will be happy to prepare an individual quote. The price includes all materials and equipment for the activities. On top of that come the hut music, the host and all the organisation. So you do not need to worry about hidden extra costs.

What our clients say

  • The fact that the equipment van was broken into and all the kit for the event was stolen is force majeure. No event runs exactly to plan. Improvisation is everything, and at our event adebar GmbH had to master this supreme discipline within 3 hours. Thank you so much for this incredible troubleshooting!

  • This was the second company event we have experienced with you. The planning, preparation and support were perfect once again, and from start to the grand finale with the “medal ceremony” it was enormous fun.
