Rock star for a night? We'll rock your team building! Without lengthy practice or rehearsals, your group turns into a grooving band.

With guitars, basses, keyboards, vocals and drums, you discover what team spirit can really mean. You quickly notice how a group works as a rock band. All you need is a shared pulse and a taste for creative tasks.

Music connects people, whatever language your colleagues speak. Afterwards you might find yourself humming your own song in the shower. The one you played, sang and recorded together with your team.

What you can expect

With our programme, young talent and leadership teams come together as a real rock band within a single day. On that same day they perform a complete song. In a playful way, everyone pushes their limits and sees things from a new perspective.

Everyone finds their place in the ensemble, even without an instrument or any musical experience. Tenor or soprano? The professionals at your side know how to put everyone in the spotlight and give them their cue.

A well-known song becomes your own piece. Your company philosophy, guiding principles and unique selling point all find their way in. To finish, a group cover shoot provides the artwork for your record.
