Sailing on a Volvo Ocean yacht

Speed sailing on the Baltic Sea is a water sports event in a class of its own. It is ideal for incentives and special team events with colleagues or clients. You sail on legendary racing yachts: three Volvo Ocean racers are moored on Germany's Baltic Sea coast.

Experienced skippers and a crew accompany your group. After a briefing on the rules on board and some first explanations, everyone is given suitable sailing gear. If possible, please bring sailing shoes with light-coloured soles.

A maximum of 12 people go on board each boat. The crew gets everyone actively involved, from complete beginners to seasoned sailors. Hoist the sails, follow the calls, hold your course. To finish, the boats race each other in a regatta. As you sail back into the harbour, a well-earned "Anlegerbier" (the traditional mooring beer) is waiting for you.

What you experience

The Volvo Ocean racers take you speeding across the Baltic waves. You grind the winches and keep the racing yacht on course. Or you sit next to the skipper and cheer your colleagues on.

There is nothing else like it anywhere in Europe. And truly anyone can take part.
