Team building with heart and hands

Gardening is a team event with heart and lots of fun. Together with a garden expert, your team turns dreary spaces into places full of flowers. These could be flower beds on high-rise rooftops, public squares or patches of wasteland crying out for colour and plants.

You can also support a gardener in their daily work. Afterwards there is dinner with salads, herbs and vegetables you have harvested yourselves. Gardening is more than a trend. Gardening brings people together.

What you can expect

Your guests work with spades, hoes and rakes. You also get tips on planting. The result is little oases of flowers, herbs or vegetables.

By the end, a grey patch of ground has become a sea of flowers. That strengthens team spirit. And rolling up your sleeves together is simply a joy.

What our clients say

  • adebar organised a culinary city tour in Rostock for our annual management conference. The tour went smoothly, and our guide was incredibly likeable and informative. Although we only mentioned our wish for a Schwedeneisbecher (a local ice cream sundae) at short notice, this stop was built into the tour. That shows how spontaneous, individual and client-focused adebar is.

  • What your team put together for GECKO's 33rd birthday was amazing! The venue was simply fantastic, every single detail was lovingly designed, and working with you was so relaxed that we had a great deal of fun.

  • For our Chapter Summit 2021, adebar organised and ran the “raft building” event. In the end there were around 60 adults and children. The adebar team adapted wonderfully to this challenge, and the event was a complete success.
