Create something that lasts

In this workshop, every team member designs their own miniature garden in a jar. Step by step, small, largely self-contained plant worlds take shape. Each one looks different and later sits on a desk as a reminder of the day you spent together.

You create together and pick up quite a bit about plants along the way. Working side by side gets people talking, and that carries over into how they work together.

The workshop is ideal as a team workshop, as an incentive or as a creative break from everyday work. It creates space for new ideas and genuine connection.

Your bottle garden team event: what to expect

With expert guidance, your team builds small ecosystems in glass. Living plants and everyone's own ideas turn into personal one-offs. And the sense of community grows along the way.

The jars look great. What matters more is what remains: a visible result on the desk and a noticeably better team spirit, even weeks later.

A bottle garden is a small, closed ecosystem in a glass container. Plants, soil and decorative elements come together to create a little world of plants that needs very little care.
How long does the bottle garden workshop take?
Allow a relaxed hour for the do-it-yourself workshop. With larger jars it can take a little longer.
Where can the workshop be held?
Anywhere. The event can take place at your company headquarters, at an external venue or outdoors. We bring all the materials needed!
Can the workshop be adapted to individual needs?
Yes. We adapt the workshop to your wishes, for example with particular types of plants or themes.

What our clients say

  • The staff were thrilled with the team building activity “We build a raft as a team”, and after all the planning and building, three working rafts were launched onto the water. We felt superbly looked after in every respect.

  • Both in the evening and again this morning, people were still talking about how lovely the beach Olympics were. The stations looked easy at first glance, but some of them were quite a challenge. That went down really well!

  • With the supporting programme we developed together, we were able to offer our top sales partners a great mix of in-depth content, networking and fun at the BAUFINEX Gipfeltreffen 2023 in Binz on Rügen. The collaboration and support on site were extremely reliable and flexible.
