Fun and motivation for your event

A bike tour is a great team experience and a good supporting programme for your corporate event. Sun on your skin, wind in your face and the cultural landscape right before your eyes: a team almost grows together by itself.

Our 7-speed touring bikes have a low step-through frame and a wide saddle. That makes for a relaxed ride. If needed, e-bikes are also available. With them everyone can keep up with ease, however fit they are.

In groups of up to 25 people you set off with an experienced tour guide and a back marker. The tour leads through woodland and parks, along the coast or through historic towns. Along the way you learn a lot about the area, its culture and the people who live there.

We plan in breaks and visits to museums, churches or exhibitions. Depending on the duration, route and fitness levels, the tour can be sporty or leisurely. A breakdown service is on call at all times.

What you experience on the bike tour

Lots of fresh air and exercise: a bike tour brings variety to everyday company life and puts everyone in a good mood. With small tasks along the way, it becomes real team building.

In town you park your trusty steed right in front of the sights. In the countryside you enjoy the peace and quiet and a picnic by the water.

Our experienced tour guides lead you safely through the landscape. They tell you about local history and culture. Stops at museums, churches or cosy cafés break up the tour.

And if you do get a flat tyre, the breakdown service is there to help. As a full-service event agency, adebar plans the tour so that it suits your team and strengthens collaboration.

How much does the bike tour team event cost?
The price depends on your requirements and wishes. The main factors are the length of the tour, the route and the choice between e-bikes and classic touring bikes. Changes to the supporting programme and additional services also affect the overall price. Just get in touch. We will put together a quote that fits your wishes and your budget.
What do participants need to bear in mind?
A few points make sure the tour is safe and enjoyable. The basic requirement is that everyone can ride a bike safely. The tour follows public paths and roads, so the German road traffic regulations (StVO) apply. That includes traffic rules, right of way and using cycle paths. Everyone also wears a cycle helmet. We recommend weatherproof clothing and sturdy footwear. Each person is responsible for their own behaviour and safety. Please stay alert and show consideration for other road users.
How large are the groups on the bike tour?
As a rule, no more than 25 people ride in one group. Each group is accompanied by a tour guide and a back marker. That ensures proper supervision and safety. Several groups can ride at the same time if there is enough lead time for the organisation. For larger groups we offer several supporting programmes that participants choose between in advance. Or we plan several time slots, which may reduce costs. So the programme suits everyone's wishes.
Can stops be planned during the bike tour?
Yes, of course. Alongside the exercise in the fresh air, it is the stops that make the programme so individual. You can plan a lunch break or meet for coffee and cake. We can also include swimming stops or organise visits to museums and exhibitions. Even a stop at a golf course is possible, where everyone can hit a few balls. With breaks like these, the tour becomes really varied.
Can the supporting programme be combined with other programmes?
Yes, it can. Besides individual stops, we can add further activities to the bike tour. For example, we offer bike and hike or paddle and pedal. That is a combination of cycling and hiking or of cycling and paddling. It is also possible to cycle only part of the route. Afterwards we pick the group up in a coach, a vintage car or a Trabi. Or participants take the wheel of a nostalgic vehicle themselves. Combinations like these make the event varied, and your team will be talking about it for a long time.
