A quiz works as a team event in almost any event format. At conferences and evening events it adds energy and strengthens team spirit. It is particularly well suited to your Christmas party or as part of a creative team experience.

As part of your incentive programme, we put together a quiz tailored to your group. Everyone takes an active part, and there is never a dull moment.

Participants play against each other in mixed teams, collecting points as they go. Creativity counts just as much as knowledge. One task might be: write a 30-second team rap about cooking together.

The analogue quiz combines knowledge, fun and organisational talent. That is exactly what bonds a team. At the end we present the results and everyone raises a glass to their achievements. The grand finale is the awards ceremony for the best teams.

What you experience at the team event

In the analogue quiz, everyone pursues a shared goal. That strengthens the sense of togetherness. The challenge awakens the competitive streak, and colleagues often reveal talents nobody knew they had.

Varied questions and tricky tasks satisfy everyone's thirst for knowledge. Above all, though, the group has a lot of fun together. People share useful and supposedly useless knowledge and laugh together.

The quiz also works well for team building as part of change management. Participants bring their strengths to the table and learn to act as a unit. The effect carries on into everyday working life after the event.

How much does the team event quiz cost?
The cost depends on the group size, the venue and your requirements. Our prices are transparent and cover all services, including preparation, materials and delivery. We are happy to put together a tailored quote to suit your budget.
How many participants does the team event quiz need?
We recommend at least 10 people. That is when a real competitive spirit kicks in. There is no fixed upper limit, so larger teams can take part too.
Can the team event quiz be combined with other activities?
Yes, the quiz combines well with other activities. You could pair it with a team building workshop that strengthens communication and collaboration, for example. It also provides great entertainment at a Christmas party. It can even be part of a company anniversary programme or a beach olympics.

How long does the team event quiz last?

How is the team event quiz organised?
First we discuss your requirements and wishes. Then we plan and prepare everything, including the questions and the flow of the quiz. On the day of the event we run the whole thing. You can focus entirely on your guests.
What technical equipment is needed?
The analogue quiz needs very little technology, usually flipcharts or a projector for presentations. For larger groups we add a microphone and sound system so that everyone can hear and join in. If videos are played as part of the questions, we also need a sound system for the audio. If you opt for the digital version, we will gladly tell you what equipment is required. As a full-service agency, we take care of all the technical planning and delivery. So you can focus entirely on your guests.
How is the team event quiz scored and how are the winners crowned?
We use a points system. Points are awarded for correct answers and for creative tasks. At the end of the event we crown the best teams at an awards ceremony. That adds extra motivation and fuels the competition.
Can the team event quiz also be organised for remote teams?
Yes, for teams working from home or at different locations we offer a similar quiz in digital form. It is just as interactive as the analogue event and just as much fun. Everyone can puzzle, learn and laugh together, wherever they are sitting.
