Our repertoire of team building and incentives around the world has grown into a large portfolio over the years. It is and remains our passion to bring people together and preferably live and in color at conferences, parties, team building and incentives. The current situation/time makes us rethink, rethink and think along. We plan not only the time during the pandemic, but also the time afterwards.

Low-contact events for companies and teams
We would like to continue to offer you a full service for your company events. To protect all participants, we have to observe the new rules and regulations during events. Of course, we also adhere to the valid hygienic requirements and measures at live events. For this reason we have checked our fact sheets and provided you with a compilation of low-contact team buildings, incentives and programs.

What you experience:

Whether cycling, riding a Segway, stand up paddling, pliking, sports courses such as Zumba and yoga, drumming, archery, cross golf, Rokkaku, various workshops such as upcycling and much more. can still be implemented. The fun and joy of joint activities at a distance will continue to be preserved. The WE feeling that arises and strengthens the relationships between the participants is particularly important with every incentive. We are simply planning to make the beach lounge a little larger and instead of a buffet snack, there will be packed lunches.

Brief overview/procedure:

• Depending on the activity, we split the incentive group into smaller teams
• The division of the teams/groups is individual or fixed
• The activities take place in rotation mode
• Breaks are scheduled in between so that there is time to disinfect
• Bike tours, hikes, etc. take place in smaller groups and, if desired, with a headset so that the distance between the participants can be maintained
