Beach Olympics

A top-class team building – perfect for company events! Whether it's the classic way on the beach or on a meadow, the Beach Olympics serve to motivate, encourage personal initiative, encourage taking responsibility and making decisions.

The ambition and drive of the teams are limitless and hard to stop. A bit like measuring strength but together in a team. Each team member does their bit. One can play volleyball better, but the other is better at scoring. The stations of the competition are so diverse that there are almost no limits. After the team building challenge, there will be an evaluation. The award ceremony takes place after a sundowner on the beach or at the evening event.

What you experience:

You will experience an individually designed beach Olympics in line with the company philosophy and the team building goal. A good mix of active and relaxed elements. Adults, whether CEO, managing director, crane operator or factory employee, are all on an equal footing. Because there is only one thing to do, collect as many points as possible and shine as a team - with a lot of joy and pleasure. Brief overview/procedure:

• Brief welcome by the team leader.
• This is followed by an introduction to the Beach Olympics.
• Handing out the Olympiad matrix and dividing the group into smaller teams.
• The team members are then distributed to the different stations.
• At each station there is a supervisor who explains the activity, acts as a referee, measures times and answers questions.
• After that, the teams rotate.
• The basis is a beach lounge: deckchairs, XXL beanbags, chilled music, parasols and a small tent where snacks and drinks are served.
• At the end of the Olympics, everyone comes together again and there is a short farewell.
• Depending on the scope, an evaluation and award ceremony is also possible immediately afterwards.
