Winter Olympics

Anyone who thinks that an Olympics cannot be held in winter is completely wrong with this incentive. We bring activity and fun into the cold winter days and drive away negative thoughts. We adapt the stations to the season. Instead of a volleyball court, this team building includes curling, reindeer rodeo, blind tasting, a ski jumping simulator and much more. The incentive participants are divided into small teams and play against an opposing team in each activity. In a rotation process, all teams go through the stations. Of course, an award ceremony for the incentive winners should not be missing at the end.

What you experience:

You will experience an individually designed Winter Olympics in line with the company philosophy and the team building goal. A good mix of active and relaxed elements. Adults, whether CEO, managing director, crane operator or factory employee, are all on an equal footing. Because there is only one thing to do, collect as many points as possible and shine as a team - with a lot of joy and pleasure.

 

 

Brief overview/procedure:

• Brief welcome by the team leader.
• This is followed by the introduction to the Winter Olympics.
• Handing out the Olympiad matrix and dividing the group into smaller teams.
• The team members are then distributed to the different stations.
• At each station there is a supervisor who explains the activity, acts as a referee, measures times and answers questions.
• After that, the teams rotate.
• A winter camp forms the basis: chilled seating, suitable music, fire bowls and a small tent, in which sweet snacks and warm drinks are served.
• At the end of the Olympics, everyone comes together again and there is a short farewell.
• Depending on the scope, an evaluation and award ceremony is also possible immediately afterwards.
