Culinary delights combined with expert knowledge

The tasting works as a team event or as the highlight of dinner at your evening event. We adapt the theme and content to your event. Enjoyment is at the heart of it, and the possibilities are endless.

You decide what is served during the incentive break. Perhaps you meet at the wine quiz table. Or you taste your way along an aroma trail. A blind tasting is also possible.

Elements like these bring the team together and create entertaining moments. You will taste something new, even if you think you have tried everything already. Creative concepts and unusual flavour combinations provide plenty of surprises.

An expert guides you through your personal world of taste. They share all sorts of fascinating facts about the flavours of the world.

As your event agency, we plan a team event with you centred on enjoyment and exchange. Both the food and the organisation have to be right. For small teams and large groups alike, our full-service project management ensures smooth delivery, from planning to execution.

What you experience at the tasting event

At an incentive tasting programme, participants enjoy a few hours full of flavour. There is a fine selection of food and drink and lots of new taste experiences. Everyone sets off together on a voyage of discovery through different flavours and cuisines.

In between, there is plenty of time to chat. These relaxed conversations bring participants closer together. In this way, enjoyment also strengthens the sense of togetherness in the team.

The programme is flexible. Participants follow their own preferences and try different combinations of food and drink. We respond to each group's wishes and tailor the event to their taste.

On request, accompanying workshops or experts can be added. They offer insights into the world of food and drink. Topics might include choosing the right wine, the art of pairing or the special features of different cuisines.

What is a team event tasting?
A team event tasting strengthens team spirit and collaboration in a relaxed setting. Participants sample various products, such as wine, beer, spirits, aromas, spices, herbs or chocolate. It delights the palate and shares knowledge along the way, which everyone experiences together.
How long does an event like this last?
A tasting event usually lasts around two to three hours. The exact length depends on the type of tasting.
What kind of setting can the tasting be held in?
Many places are suitable for a team event tasting. These can be your own in-house event rooms or external event venues.
What preparations are needed?
It is important to ask participants in advance whether they have any special requirements, such as allergies or particular diets.
How are the products selected?
Our experienced hosts select the products. They pay attention to quality and to what is currently available. The selection can be adapted if you would like to include particular preferences or themes.
Who leads the tasting?
The tasting is led by our team leader, usually an expert in their field. They involve all participants in the tastings. Our experts bring their knowledge and their passion with them.
How many participants can take part in the team event?
For a tasting event we usually recommend 10 to 25 people. At this size, everyone can easily get talking. The hosts can look after each person and involve everyone in the tasting and the conversation. For larger groups we offer special formats or parallel tastings. That way the experience stays exciting for everyone.
Can the team event be combined with other events and formats?
Yes, a tasting combines well with other team building and event formats. Here are a few ideas: 1. Team cooking: participants cook a dish together. Individual components are tasted during cooking. The finished dish can then be compared with the products that were tasted. This encourages teamwork and creativity. 2. Barbecue event: participants grill various meat and vegetable options. Alongside, there are matching barbecue wine or beer tastings. Grilling and tasting together create a relaxed, sociable atmosphere. 3. Olive oil or vinegar tasting: this goes well with a Mediterranean cookery class or a tasting of regional starters. Participants get to know different oils or vinegars and learn how to use them in the kitchen. 4. Cooking competition: teams create small dishes to match the products in the tasting. This puts their cooking skills to the test and is great fun. 5. Wine or spirits quiz: participants answer questions about the products they are tasting. Everyone learns something, and it brings out the competitive spirit. 6. After-work event: a tasting works well as a relaxed after-work event. With time for networking, there is room for informal conversations in a laid-back atmosphere. 7. Brewery tour: if the tasting is about beer, the group can visit a brewery beforehand. The beer tasting follows. Everyone learns more about the brewing process and the different types of beer. So a tasting can be built into an evening event or a team event in many ways. Combined with other formats, it makes for a sociable evening that brings together enjoyment and team spirit.
How much does the team event cost?
The cost of a team event tasting depends on several factors: the type of tasting, the number of participants, the choice of products and the venue. Wine, beer, spirits or chocolate come at different prices. For larger groups, the cost per person may go down. The scope of services also counts, such as hosting, training, suitable snacks or accompanying materials. A special or exclusive venue costs more than standard rooms or your own premises. If you combine the tasting with other formats such as cookery classes or team building exercises, the price rises accordingly. For an accurate cost estimate, it is best to request a tailored quote. Packages can often be put together to suit your budget and your requirements.
