adebar celebrates a quarter of a century. In 2022 adebar GmbH marked its 25th anniversary at the Classic Matters vintage car garage in Rostock. 25 years of events with a difference!

A feast for all the senses

Over these 25 years the team has put together a great many creative activities and events. They delight guests all over Europe.

The party itself appealed to all the senses. There were good conversations, great regional artists and good food. The mood was festive yet relaxed, and people danced late into the night.

For the team it was a lovely chance to celebrate the work they do together and to show off the full-service concept. With clients, partners and friends, adebar GmbH looks back with pride. And it is looking forward to the years ahead!

Emotions on canvas

The artist Jeannine Platz (opens in a new tab) gave adebar GmbH a very special gift: “Emotionen auf Leinwand” (emotions on canvas). Guests spoke their anniversary wishes, and she captured them on a large canvas.

Good wishes turned into a picture full of colours and shapes. That energy carried the team into the new season with fresh strength. Perhaps the idea will inspire something similar for your own event?

Welcome speeches and conversations

Host Anne Horstmann welcomed the guests first. Then Tobias Woitendorf, Managing Director of the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Tourism Association, took the floor, which has become a much-loved tradition. Among other things, he spoke about the role tourism plays in the B2B sector.

There was plenty of laughter and conversation. Once again adebar GmbH showed how it plans events for people, with people. That passion goes into every event we do and creates memories that last.

The team in the spotlight

The team is as varied as the events adebar GmbH creates. Who are the people behind them? At the company anniversary, every team member introduced themselves. It made one thing clear: teamwork is the biggest secret of success in the company's long history.

This was all about the people and their stories. After all, live events tell stories and bring people together.

Alongside the speeches and congratulations, guests got talking easily, for example over table football or at the inflatable reaction table. Another highlight was the photo booth in a Trabant convertible, parked among the other vintage cars in the garage. To finish, the band Auto di Takt really got the crowd going.

Dancing, good food and warm encounters

After the official programme there was lively dancing and chatting. DJ Paul kept everyone on their feet right up to the very last moment.

We can't resist sharing one compliment paid to adebar GmbH: “Anyone who can organise brilliantly also knows how to throw a proper party!”

This anniversary party, too, took place in a relaxed atmosphere. The venue offered plenty of room for conversation and fun together. Alongside the conversations there was a varied buffet, a lovingly designed cake and activities throughout the space. A marshmallow crumble with fresh strawberries rounded things off. Good food, entertainment and warm encounters, all in one evening.
