At a glance

Stuttgart has extravagant, modern venues for daytime and evening events. On top of that come plenty of options for team building and supporting programmes, plus a wide choice of hotels. Parks, forests and vineyards shape the cityscape and make Stuttgart a great place to live.

And then there is the water. Up to 44 million litres of mineral water bubble up from underground every day. With 13 officially recognised medicinal springs, Stuttgart is a true spa town.

Its sights show a certain pomp. Solitude Palace or the New Palace: which royal showpiece would you like to visit? We are at your side when scouting hotels and venues for your next incentive trip.

Stuttgart, right in the thick of things

  • Getting there and getting around

Around 160 long-distance trains stop at Stuttgart main station every day. It is a hub for international north-south and east-west routes and has direct connections to many German and European cities. That makes getting there by rail easy.

The Stuttgart Airport Bus Terminal (SAB) is right next to the motorway and the airport. Long-distance coaches, air traffic and regional, local and long-distance rail all meet here. The A8 motorway runs right past the airport, and from Terminals 1 and 3 the S-Bahn takes you to the city centre and main station in around 25 minutes.

  • Vineyards

Wine growing in Stuttgart (opens in a new tab) covers 423 hectares of vineyards, a good two per cent of the city's area. The state capital lies in the climatically favoured Neckar valley (opens in a new tab) and is one of Germany's largest wine-growing municipalities.

The historic vineyards shape the cityscape from Bad Cannstatt to Degerloch and from Hasenberg to Obertürkheim. Some are almost hidden in the middle of residential areas. Many wine trails, wine discovery paths and footpaths lead right between the vines.

  • Mercedes-Benz

    Mercedes-Benz Museum

The museum presents 130 years of company history. Spectacular vehicles and more than 1,500 exhibits are spread over nine levels and 16,500 m². They tell the story of the automobile and of contemporary history from 1886 to the present day, from the world's first patented car to a hydrogen vehicle from this millennium.

Two tours follow the narrative strands "Legend" and "Collection". It all began with the vision of being a pioneer of mobility on land, on water and in the air. To this day, the star unites these three elements.

  • Reasons for Stuttgart

The capital of Baden-Württemberg owes much of its high quality of life to its parks. For your team there are countless places to visit and outdoor activities, and there is a supporting programme for every age group. Sporty on the golf course or relaxed over a glass of wine: we organise your team event just the way you want it.
