At a glance

Düsseldorf is one of Europe's leading business centres. At the same time, the city on the Rhine is warm, lively and quick to make guests feel at home. Your group will feel exactly that on an incentive here.

The state capital of North Rhine-Westphalia stands for fashion, shopping and culture, and it prides itself on "the longest bar in the world". The Königsallee, or "Kö" for short, is one of Europe's most luxurious shopping boulevards. From there you can walk to the historic old town with its narrow lanes, restaurants, bars and cafés.

People meet for a stroll on the Rhine promenade. It leads all the way to the MedienHafen with buildings by international star architects. With more than 40 trade fairs a year, Düsseldorf is an international city for trade fairs and congresses and a popular place for incentive trips and conferences.

Düsseldorf, the fashionable one

  • The Kö

Anyone who is anyone in the fashion world has a shop on the Königsallee. It is one of the most famous luxury shopping streets, and the latest trends from the catwalks land here first. Stroll from Prada to Gucci, on to Chanel and Dior. Style-conscious participants could spend hours here, so a guided shopping tour or a tour along the Kö is well worth it.

  • "The longest bar in the world"

In Düsseldorf's old town, more than 260 pubs and bars are crammed into half a square kilometre. Many brewpubs still brew "Alt" the traditional way. This top-fermented beer is the speciality of Düsseldorf's brewers.

On a night watchman's tour, locals tell you everything about the old town and its history. Along the way you visit figures such as Mutter Ey and Schneider Wibbel.

  • Closeness meets freedom

That is the core of the Düsseldorf brand. Closeness comes from the compact city area, good connections, open and friendly people, funfairs, carnival and old town life. Even as a guest, you are right in the thick of it rather than just watching.

At the same time, Düsseldorf sees itself as a stronghold of tolerance, openness and creative energy. Everyone here is free to develop. Many cities offer either freedom or closeness. Düsseldorf can do both.

  • Düsseldorf for your incentive

Would you like to experience a fast-paced, exciting state capital? Then Germany's fashion capital awaits you here, with the old town as its counterpoint. Sport, nature and water provide plenty of material for your incentive. Thanks to the extensive rail network and the airport, your participants arrive relaxed.
