At a glance

Why meet in a conventional conference room when you can meet on the water? Take your team on board and make room for new ideas, strategic discussions and open conversation. Outside lies the open sea, there is a fresh breeze and everything moves a little more slowly. Meetings on deck feel completely different.

We take care of the organisation. As a full-service event agency with offices in Wieck a. Darß and Hamburg, we have the water right outside our door. You get planning, logistics and delivery from a single source. We handle the choice of ship, the schedule, catering and supporting programme so that you can concentrate on your content.

Programme ideas for your conference on the high seas

  • Why a conference on board achieves more than a hotel meeting

On board, you change not just the location but also your perspective. While the sea glides by outside, fresh ideas and clear decisions take shape inside. Instead of grey walls, your team sees the horizon and the waves. The sea helps you focus and leaves room for something new.

  • Facilities and technology on board

On board there are modern conference rooms, professional technology and flexible catering. Presentations, workshops and hybrid conferences are all possible. Wi-Fi, audio and video equipment and air-conditioned rooms make for focused work. And during the break, you head out onto the sun deck.

  • Routes and supporting programmes from the Baltic Sea to Scandinavia

Kiel to Gothenburg, Rostock to Trelleborg or across the Baltic Sea to Helsinki: every route has its own appeal. The crossing can be combined with shore excursions, evening programmes or team activities at sea. Think of a workshop at sunset, dinner with the captain, deck yoga or a team quiz under the stars. We organise the whole thing professionally and with a feel for the right atmosphere.

How many people can take part in a conference on board?
That depends on the ship and the room layout you want. On the ferry routes from our home port of Rostock, the largest conference room holds up to 100 people. We adapt the seating to your format, for example theatre, classroom or banquet style.
What technical facilities are available on board?
On board you will find modern conference and presentation technology, including projectors, screens, a sound system, Wi-Fi and microphones. Hybrid sessions with participants joining online are also possible on request.
What about catering on the ship?
That varies from ship to ship. Some offer full catering, others tend to provide snacks and drinks in between. Exactly what is possible depends on the facilities and the booking. If you have any questions, we will be happy to advise you in person.
Does the ship stay in port or set sail?
For conferences departing from Rostock, both moored event ships and sailing charter ships are an option. Which one suits you depends on factors such as the number of participants, the technical facilities and the event format.
